PROBOT Enters German Media Control Chart At No. 36!

PROBOT, the metal side-project of former NIRVANA drummer/current FOO FIGHTERS frontman Dave Grohl, entered the German Media Control Album chart at position No. 36. As previously reported, PROBOT's self-titled debut sold 27,380 copies in its first week of release in the U.S. to land at position No. 68 on next week's The Billboard 200 chart.

Here is how the metal/hard rock genre fared in the German Media Control (Top 100) chart for the week ending February 23, 2004 (as reported by Rock Hard magazine):
